Allée Duguay Trouin
Ile Feydeau, place of residence of rich ship owners during the 18th century, neighborhood built around 1723, was at the time separated from the city by two arms of the Loire River. Our city was then called “the Venice of the West”.
January 2014, the building façade made of freestone and the wrought-iron balcony are testimonies of the life from the past centuries … the apartment at your disposal, on the contrary, is very modern.
Fully renovated in late 2013, we offer 63 m² of living space, revisited and adapted to accommodate families and visitors. (max 4 persons)
At your disposition, 2 rooms
The first has two twin beds (90/190 cm), flat screen TV, desk …
The second (King size bed 180/200 cm) is located in the heart of the apartment. Private or exposed, you choose according to the moment by letting the light filter through the glass walls or simply isolate yourself by closing the curtains.
From there, the living space has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, glass ceramic stove/hob, Nespresso machine etc. ) and a comfortable, design living room (Kartell sofa, Moebius coffee table etc. ).
Finally, the front of the apartment opens onto the wrought-iron balcony, where you can admire from afar the belfry of the church of St Croix, the château des ducs de Bretagne and cours de 50 otages – one of the main streets of the city.
Located in the very center of the city, all the local amenities are convenient to you (CHU/hospital, restaurants and cafés, shops , grocery stores, bus stop and tram “commerce”, shuttle to the airport, parking, etc…) and walking distance from the apartment.
